Salmon Salad
Salmon salad is so quick and easy to prepare. You can buy the small cans of salmon making it as easy as open the can and add some salad. Salmon just happens to be one of the most nutritious foods we can eat. It is full of of important nutrients including omega-3 fatty acids, which our bodies need but cannot make. It is also high in protein. Kids need protein to grow properly and stay healthy.

Salmon is one of those fish, that even people who tend to not enjoy eating fish seem to like. It may be because it has a different texture to most fish, being that it isn’t dry and doesn’t dry out when cooked correctly. This is due to the high level of Omega 3 fats. These fats are so beneficial to our bodies, it also has the potential to help our mental status. Therefore making us happier, giving us better memories and making us less aggressive. This is all based on eating good serves of omega 3 fatty acids each and every week.

Ingredients

1 95 gram can Salmon
1/4 cup Red Capsicum (Peppers)
1/4 cup Green Capiscum (Peppers)
1/2 cup fresh Spinach Leaves
1/2 cup of sliced Tomato’s
1/4 cup of Cucumber
1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Feta Cheese
Pinch Oregano
Pinch Black Pepper

Lets Get Preparing!

This Salmon Salad is a quick healthy salad to put together. Wash all salad ingredients, chop them up and place into a bowl.

Open your can of Salmon and toss through your salad.

Crumble the Feta cheese over the top, then sprinkle with oregano and pepper to taste.

Lastly drizzle over with Olive Oil. Enjoy
